Coach is hiring a part‑time Sales Associate in Salem, New Hampshire — deliver luxury retail service and drive omni‑channel sales for Coach (Tapestry).

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service consistent with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and sustain long‑term client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales KPIs by cross‑selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans.
- Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live demos) to capture customer data and close sales.
- Process transactions accurately (sales, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) and support omni‑channel order flow.
- Execute daily store operations: inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and asset‑protection procedures.
- Maintain a high‑energy presence on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
- Support inventory cycles and keep sales floor and stockroom organized and compliant with retail policies.
- Participate in brand initiatives, mandatory training and inclusion activities; give and receive feedback professionally to support team performance.
- Perform physical tasks as required (regularly lift ~25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs; climb, bend and navigate stockroom and sales floor).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie‑talkie communications.
- Demonstrated clienteling skills and experience capturing customer data to drive repeat purchases.
- Familiarity with social selling, short‑form video or live‑stream shopping is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Capable of meeting physical demands of the role (lifting, bending, stockroom work).

At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior luxury or premium brand retail experience preferred, with demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and using clienteling/omni‑channel tools.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or postsecondary coursework in retail, fashion or related disciplines is advantageous.
