Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture client data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor while managing multiple customers and adapting selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked; follow retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and encourage team performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail preferred
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitor landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer competency (iPad, laptop, mobile POS)
- Ability to read price sheets and release materials
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work at a fast pace and maintain flexibility
- Capability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Physical ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom environments
Skills
Experience
1+ years of sales experience in retail, with luxury retail background preferred. Familiarity with fashion trends, competitor activity, and omni-channel retail environments is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and practical retail experience will be considered.

This position is based in Roermond, Limburg, Netherlands.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 28,000 to EUR 35,000 per annum.
