Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, client‑focused service to cultivate long‑term relationships and maximize sales conversion.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, cross‑selling and upselling.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale system, process transactions accurately and maintain cash handling integrity.
- Maintain floor standards and visual merchandising in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Support inventory management tasks including stock replenishment, receiving and cycle counts.
- Adhere to loss prevention, security and store operational procedures.
- Assist with store opening/closing duties and maintain a polished, professional presentation at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high standards of client service in a retail environment.
- Polished interpersonal skills, confident sales presence and strong communication abilities.
- Comfortable working a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to visual detail and ability to execute merchandising directives.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail sales experience is preferred, ideally within luxury fashion, accessories or leather goods; seasonal or temporary retail experience is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail training or coursework in fashion/merchandising is a plus.
