Coach (Tapestry) is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Pottstown, PA (Philadelphia Premium Outlets) to deliver elevated client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized shopping experiences in line with Coach standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and tailored recommendations.
  • Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling, personal sales plans and meeting individual and store KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Process transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) and support omnichannel fulfillment.
  • Perform daily operational duties: cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, simple visual merchandising and stockroom organization.
  • Support inventory cycles and asset protection procedures; maintain a clean, fully stocked sales floor.
  • Collaborate with teammates, participate in brand initiatives and trainings, and contribute to a trust‑based team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven competence with POS operation and mobile POS systems (iPad/laptop).
  • Familiarity with clienteling, data acquisition and social selling techniques; experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak season.
  • Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver across the sales floor and stockroom.
  • A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior experience in luxury retail and omni-channel selling is preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
