Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying Coach style and service standards.
  • Deliver personalized styling and product advice to build long‑term client relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video/live‑streaming) to capture client data and stimulate repeat purchases.
  • Source new customers, perform timely follow‑up, and convert leads to sales.
  • Operate daily store functions including cash wrap transactions, returns/exchanges, online order pickups and POS procedures.
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards: receive shipments, process inventory, replenish product and execute visual merchandising directives.
  • Adhere to retail policies, asset protection procedures and safety guidelines; assist teammates across functional areas to support operational continuity.
  • Participate in brand trainings, inclusion initiatives and ongoing development; maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Mobile POS and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); experience reading price/release sheets and using walkie‑talkies.
  • Social media savvy with experience or aptitude for short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred).
  • Physical ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
