Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand and deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience consistent with Coach service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets by cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Utilize Mobile POS, iPad/laptop tools, clienteling platforms and social selling (including short-form video/live-stream) to capture customer data and close sales.
  • Perform daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), maintain cash wrap, and follow POS and asset protection procedures.
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, process inventory, replenish stock, and keep sales floor and stockroom organized and merchandised.
  • Adapt to multiple customers and shifting priorities on the sales floor while maintaining high energy and professional composure.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; assist teammates across functional areas as required.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop); comfortable using Mobile POS and walkie‑talkie communications.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social media savvy with experience or interest in live‑stream shopping, short‑form video and social selling (preferred).
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling.

Experience

Minimum of one year in a sales role, preferably within luxury or fashion retail; demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high‑touch client service. A combination of relevant education and experience is acceptable.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer‑service training preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
