Coach seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Phoenix, AZ — deliver elevated luxury retail service and omni-channel selling to drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying Coach service and style standards.
- Deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences through styling, product expertise and fashion advice.
- Drive individual and store sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; meet personal sales targets and KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and encourage repeat purchases.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; prospect, source and follow up with customers to close sales.
- Manage multiple customers on the sales floor while maintaining high energy and professional presence.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and support inventory cycles (receiving, stocking, product movement).
- Assist teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative environment and participate in brand initiatives and trainings.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work to KPIs.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, mobile POS); experience with walkie‑talkie communications.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, and to bend, climb and maneuver in a stockroom and sales floor environment.
- Social media savvy and experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
- Combination of education and experience will be considered.

Experience
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; prior luxury retail experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Education
No formal degree required; a high school diploma or equivalent is typical. A combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
