Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated and personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and sustain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, targeted recommendations and follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
  • Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live streaming) to capture data and convert sales.
  • Perform daily store operations including transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap, inventory receipt and processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain high standards of product presentation, stockroom organisation and asset protection; assist teammates across functional areas to support store performance.
  • Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays while maintaining professional composure under pressure.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
  • Physical ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social media savvy with experience in short-form video or live-stream shopping and clienteling preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 1+ year in sales, with luxury retail experience preferred; candidates with a blend of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
