Coach is hiring a Sales Associate in Orlando, FL—deliver luxury client service, drive omni‑channel sales and support store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front‑line ambassador for Coach, delivering personalised, elevated client experiences consistent with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and targeted follow‑up to drive repeat purchase and loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; contribute to team KPIs.
  • Operate mobile POS and in‑store technology to process transactions, capture client data, and support online order fulfilment and pickups.
  • Leverage clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream demos) to acquire customers and stimulate omni‑channel sales.
  • Execute daily operational tasks: inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, cash handling and asset protection.
  • Maintain a high‑energy sales floor, manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
  • Support colleagues across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training, and foster a collaborative, trust‑based team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); familiarity with inventory processes.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre in a retail environment.
  • Preferred: social media savviness, experience with live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations, and demonstrable clienteling/data capture skills.
