Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized client experiences consistent with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets by cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Leverage omni-channel tools—mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social selling (including short-form video)—to capture client data and convert sales.
  • Operate transactions and process online order pickups, returns and exchanges efficiently while adhering to POS and asset protection procedures.
  • Support daily store operations including receiving shipments, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and maintaining a polished sales floor and stockroom.
  • Adapt selling techniques to customer needs and business priorities; manage multiple clients on the sales floor while maintaining high service standards.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities; foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and assist teammates across functional areas.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
  • Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with clienteling workflows.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Comfortable using social selling channels and producing short-form video or live-stream shopping content (preferred).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and move throughout the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience

At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience, ideally within luxury or fashion retail; demonstrated comfort with omni-channel selling and social commerce is a strong advantage.
