Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Oklahoma City, OK — deliver luxury client service, omni-channel selling and store operations for Coach.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver elevated, personalized client interactions through styling, product expertise and fashion advice to cultivate loyalty and repeat business.
- Drive individual and store sales by cross-selling, upselling and executing tailored product recommendations to meet personal and team KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert interactions into sales.
- Develop and execute a personal sales plan and follow up with prospects to close transactions and nurture long-term relationships.
- Maintain floor energy and manage multiple clients concurrently while adapting selling techniques to shifting business needs.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap transactions, inventory processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
- Receive shipments, stock product, support inventory cycles and maintain an orderly sales floor and stockroom in accordance with asset protection procedures.
- Process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups efficiently and in line with store policy.
- Participate in brand initiatives, trainings and inclusion activities; support teammates across functional areas as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer use (iPad, laptop); comfortable using mobile POS and walkie-talkie.
- Demonstrable clienteling and data-acquisition skills; familiarity with social selling, live-stream shopping or video demos is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail and omni-channel selling, including clienteling and social selling, is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or fashion-related coursework preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
