Coach — Ocean City, MD: Part-time Sales Associate delivering luxury client service, omni-channel selling and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized client experiences aligned with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships via personalized styling, product expertise, follow-up and tailored recommendations to drive repeat business.
- Execute omni‑channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and close sales.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and development of personal sales plans.
- Perform daily store operations including cash wrap, efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receipt and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure sales floor and stockroom are clean, organized and appropriately stocked.
- Support inventory cycles and loss-prevention procedures; assist teammates across functional areas to sustain team performance.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays as business needs require.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS workflows.
- Strong English proficiency required.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment and able to meet sales targets.
- Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend and maneuver in stockroom and sales floor settings.
- Social‑selling aptitude and clienteling/data-acquisition skills; live-stream or video demo experience preferred.

Experience
Minimum of 1 year in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles; prior luxury retail or branded boutique experience strongly preferred. Experience with POS operation, clienteling platforms and omni‑channel sales is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail sales experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
