Coach in New York (Hudson Yards) is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to deliver personalized luxury retail service and omni-channel selling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized customer service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Drive sales performance via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert online and in-store demand.
  • Complete daily operational tasks: process transactions, perform cash wrap duties, receive and process inventory, replenish stock and support visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Support inventory cycles and participate in brand initiatives, trainings and inclusion activities; assist teammates across functional areas as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficient with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop); experience using Mobile POS and walkie-talkies.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Social media savvy; experience with live‑stream shopping, short‑form video or video demos is preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Capable of regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend, kneel and move across the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
