Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience in line with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to encourage repeat purchases.
  • Drive revenue by executing cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet personal and store KPIs.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data, convert sales and support omni‑channel pickup/returns.
  • Complete daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, perform inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves and manage product movement while maintaining a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom.
  • Adhere to retail policies and asset-protection procedures; assist teammates across functional areas and participate in brand initiatives and training.
  • Maintain professional composure on the sales floor; work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays; perform routine physical tasks (lift 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
  • Familiarity with POS operation and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop) and Mobile POS; ability to read price/release sheets and use walkie-talkies.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Social media savvy and experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and perform physically active retail duties.

Experience
