Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to retain and grow a loyal customer base.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and clienteling.
  • Build and maintain client relationships via in‑store consultations, follow-up communications and CRM tools.
  • Demonstrate expert product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections to guide styling and purchasing decisions.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale systems, manage transactions and ensure accurate cash handling and reconciliation.
  • Support merchandising standards: maintain visual displays, stock presentation and floor replenishment according to brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to inventory management activities, including receiving, stock counts and loss-prevention practices.
  • Participate in store initiatives, training and promotional events to drive traffic and elevate the client experience.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary studies in fashion, retail or a related discipline preferred.
  • 1–2 years of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury fashion, leather goods or accessories.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering measurable commercial results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday trading periods.
