Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage stock operations including receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Support store events, private client appointments and VIP services, coordinating with store management and CRM teams.
  • Provide product knowledge and after-sales support, including guidance on care and repairs for leather goods.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a retail or client-facing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first orientation.
  • Comfortable working a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • High attention to detail, numeracy for transaction handling and a disciplined approach to stock control.
  • Professional presentation consistent with luxury retail standards.

Experience
