Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and tailored fashion advice
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and customized product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; consistently meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and execute targeted follow-up to close sales
  • Maintain high-energy floor presence while managing multiple customers simultaneously and adapting selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service excellence
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom; adhere to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
  • Support full inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage strong peer performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities to reinforce Coach's values
  • Welcome constructive feedback, adapt behaviors accordingly, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of retail sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
  • Proficiency with POS systems and mobile point-of-sale technology
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Ability to read price sheets and release schedules
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, peak busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

Experience
