Coach in Natick, MA seeks a Part‑Time Sales Associate to deliver elevated retail service, clienteling and omni‑channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line ambassador, delivering elevated, personalised service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up.
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and execution of individual sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Use Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert opportunities.
  • Manage daily store operations: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory reception and replenishment.
  • Maintain visual merchandising, floor and stockroom standards; support inventory cycles and product movement.
  • Source new customers and support omni‑channel conversions including online order fulfillments and in-store pickups.
  • Collaborate with teammates, participate in training and brand initiatives, and foster a trust-based team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); familiarity with walkie‑talkies and reading price/release sheets.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Social media savvy and experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos and clienteling tools preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend and manoeuvre in store and stockroom environments.

Experience

Minimum of one year in a sales role, preferably within luxury or fashion retail. Demonstrable experience using point-of-sale systems, clienteling and omni-channel selling techniques; social selling or live-stream/video demo experience is a strong advantage.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, fashion or customer-service coursework or certifications preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
