Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to established style and service standards
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion guidance
- Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling platforms, and social selling tools to capture customer data and encourage repeat business
- Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, cultivate relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
- Maintain high energy and presence on the sales floor while managing multiple customers simultaneously
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom in compliance with retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, shelving products, and managing product movement
- Collaborate with team members across functional areas and foster a trust-based, inclusive environment
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and company-wide inclusion activities
- Demonstrate adaptability and professional composure when receiving feedback and responding to evolving business requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems, mobile POS platforms, and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop)
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible scheduling requirements
- Experience with clienteling, data acquisition, and customer relationship management
- Familiarity with social media, live-stream shopping, and video demonstration capabilities
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ years of professional sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail or fashion environment. Experience with POS systems, mobile selling technology, and clienteling platforms is essential. Demonstrated success building client relationships and exceeding sales targets is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Further education or fashion/retail-specific training is advantageous but not required; a combination of relevant work experience and educational background will be considered.
