Coach in Myrtle Beach, SC is hiring a Part‑time Sales Associate to deliver luxury retail service, drive omni‑channel sales and support store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service aligned with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and sustain client relationships through product expertise, personalized styling and fashion advice to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Drive sales performance via cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream demos) to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Manage daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), perform cash wrap duties and follow POS and asset protection procedures.
- Support inventory and visual merchandising activities: receive shipments, replenish stock, process inventory and maintain a well‑presented sales floor and organized stockroom.
- Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers concurrently and adapt selling techniques to changing business needs.
- Collaborate with teammates, assist across functional areas as required, and participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); ability to read price and release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social media savvy with experience in social selling, live‑stream shopping or video demos is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend and manoeuvre within sales floor and stockroom environments.

Experience
At least one year of sales experience is required; candidates with a background in luxury or premium retail, clienteling and omni‑channel selling will be prioritized.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail training or relevant coursework appreciated. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
