Coach in Monroe, Ohio is hiring a Sales Associate (part-time) to deliver luxury retail service and omnichannel clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized service consistent with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
- Operate Mobile POS to process transactions, facilitate online order pickups, returns and exchanges with efficiency and accuracy.
- Leverage clienteling tools, social selling and short-form video/live-stream demos to capture customer data and expand the client base.
- Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
- Maintain selling floor and stockroom standards, follow asset protection procedures and assist teammates across functional areas.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven POS operation skills and basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS).
- Strong English proficiency required.
- Social media savvy with experience or willingness to execute live‑stream shopping, short‑form video or video demos (preferred).
- Ability to perform physical tasks: regularly lift 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs; bend, kneel and maneuver in stockroom and sales floor.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of sales experience, preferably in luxury or fashion retail, with demonstrable success meeting sales KPIs and building client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

This position is based in Monroe, Ohio, USA, within easy reach of Cincinnati.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
