Coach in Monroe, Ohio (Cincinnati) seeks a Part‑time Sales Associate to deliver elevated client service, omni‑channel selling, and meet sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line brand ambassador, delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and an elevated, personalized shopping experience.
- Build and sustain client relationships via individualized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to acquire client data and convert engagements into purchases.
- Manage transactions and omni-channel order flows efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online order pickup).
- Execute daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment and routine visual merchandising.
- Maintain a well‑presented, organized sales floor and stockroom while adhering to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support inventory cycles and product movement, including shipment receipt, stocking and stockroom organization.
- Adapt selling techniques during peak periods and maintain high energy when managing multiple customers simultaneously.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and adapt behaviors professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency with POS operations and basic computer use (iPad/laptop, mobile POS); familiarity with clienteling tools and social selling platforms preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Physical capacity to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in sales floor and stockroom environments.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail or premium brand experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and relevant retail experience accepted.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
