Coach Sales Associate position at Montreal Premium Outlets. Part-time role in Mirabel, QC blending luxury retail, omni-channel selling, and customer relationships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Keep the sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked; follow all retail policies and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required and foster a collaborative, trust-based environment
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop), mobile POS platforms, and walkie-talkie communication
  • Ability to read price sheets and release documents
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days

Experience
