Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and maintaining elevated service delivery
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and sophisticated fashion advice
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain ongoing relationships, and follow up to close sales opportunities
  • Maintain high floor energy, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap management, inventory processing, merchandise replenishment, and visual merchandising
  • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom while adhering to retail policies and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Collaborate with teammates across functional areas and foster a trust-based, collegial environment
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and professional composure in response to feedback and dynamic circumstances

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends, competitor offerings, and luxury market dynamics
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer competency (iPad/laptop, mobile POS platforms)
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work flexibly, including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver merchandise weighing 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
  • Experience with social media, live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, or clienteling tools (preferred)
  • Proficiency with walkie-talkies and ability to read price and release sheets

Experience
