Coach in Merrimack, New Hampshire seeks a Part‑Time Sales Associate to deliver elevated luxury retail service and drive omni‑channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized client experiences in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and maintain client relationships through styling advice, product knowledge, follow‑up and tailored recommendations to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Execute omni‑channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture client data and close sales.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by developing personal sales plans and executing cross‑selling and upselling strategies.
- Perform daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage inventory cycles, receive shipments and replenish stock.
- Maintain high standards of floor presence and visual merchandising; keep sales floor and stockroom organized and compliant with asset protection procedures.
- Support teammates across functional areas and participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer/mobile devices (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS); comfortable using walkie‑talkie and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend and kneel on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
At least one year of sales experience is required; prior luxury retail experience, social‑commerce or live‑stream selling, and demonstrable clienteling/data acquisition skills are strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Merrimack, New Hampshire, USA, with easy access to Manchester.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
