Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador for the brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach standards.
- Build and sustain client relationships through styling advice, product expertise, and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; execute personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture client data and close sales.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), receive shipments, replenish stock and support inventory cycles.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and a well‑organized sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment and participate in training and brand initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using mobile POS and walkie‑talkie.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Availability for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend and manoeuvre within sales and stockroom areas.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; previous luxury retail or fashion experience and familiarity with omni‑channel selling, clienteling and social selling are highly desirable.
Education
No specific degree required; a combination of relevant education and practical retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Merrimack, New Hampshire, USA, with easy access to Boston.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
