Coach Seasonal Sales Associate in Macau – luxury retail ambassador role blending personalized service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and tailored fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and recommendations tailored to client preferences
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Manage multiple customers simultaneously with adaptable selling techniques
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom cleanliness, organization, and stock levels while adhering to retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage team performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Maintain professional demeanor and welcome constructive feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, mobile POS)
- Strong English language proficiency
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced retail environments
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background strongly preferred. Familiarity with social media platforms, live-stream shopping environments, and digital clienteling tools is advantageous.
Education
