Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-value clients, using clienteling techniques to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through expert product knowledge, persuasive selling and proactive outreach to prospects and existing clientele.
- Execute visual merchandising and floor standards to reflect brand image and seasonal directives, ensuring the salesfloor is presentation-ready at all times.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and basic cash reconciliation while maintaining accurate records and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
- Support inventory activities including receiving, stock replenishment, and cycle counts; escalate discrepancies and collaborate with store leadership to resolve inventory issues.
- Mentor junior sales colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing best practices, assisting with onboarding and modelling exemplary client service.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury or premium retail with consistent sales performance and client acquisition results.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate relationships with discerning clientele and maintain clienteling databases.
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail for transaction accuracy, inventory control and reporting.
- Flexible availability to include evenings, weekends and peak shopping periods; ability to travel between store locations if required.

Experience
Typically requires 3+ years of direct retail sales experience in luxury, designer or premium-brand environments, including measurable achievements against sales targets and demonstrated client development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in retail, fashion or business is advantageous but not required.
