- Support inventory management activities including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and shrink minimisation.
- Collaborate with store leadership and omnichannel teams to fulfil online orders, client pickups and cross-channel servicing.
- Uphold loss-prevention protocols and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales aptitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused orientation.
- Demonstrable ability to build long-term client relationships and execute clienteling initiatives.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to visual and operational standards.
- Authorization to work in the country of employment.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of direct retail sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion, accessories or premium lifestyle brands; experience with clienteling and meeting sales KPIs is expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certificates in retail, sales or luxury brand management preferred.
