Coach Sales Associate III position in Lone Tree, Colorado. Luxury retail sales role offering $15.00–$24.25/hr, benefits, and part-time flexibility.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and adequately stocked; follow retail policies, point-of-sale protocols, and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates in functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced retail setting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail experience preferred
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills including iPad/laptop and mobile POS platforms
- Comfortable operating walkie-talkies and ability to read price and release sheets
- Strong English language proficiency
- Demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Luxury retail background and social media acumen
- Experience with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, clienteling, and data acquisition (preferred)
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate the sales floor and stockroom
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
Skills
Experience
1+ years of professional sales experience, with luxury retail experience preferred. Knowledge of fashion trends and competitor offerings is valued. Experience with omnichannel retail environments, mobile selling tools, and digital customer engagement platforms is advantageous.
Education
