Coach is hiring a Sales Associate (part-time) in Livermore, CA — join Coach at San Francisco Premium Outlets to deliver luxury retail service and omni-channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service according to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and sustain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and fashion advice to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored product recommendations.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert sales.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet or exceed assigned KPIs.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap and follow POS and asset protection procedures.
- Support inventory management and merchandising: receive shipments, replenish stock, maintain visual standards and keep sales floor and stockroom organized.
- Adapt to high-volume retail periods and multi-customer situations while maintaining a calm, professional demeanour.
- Participate in brand initiatives, trainings and inclusion activities; assist colleagues across functional areas as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficiency with POS systems and mobile POS devices (iPad/laptop); basic computer literacy required.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social media savvy with experience or willingness to engage in live‑stream shopping, video demos and short‑form content (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; physically able to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in sales floor and stockroom environments.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion; demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and using omni-channel tools for client acquisition and retention.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Livermore, California, USA, with easy access to San Francisco.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
