Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent the Coach brand on the sales floor, delivering an elevated, personalised luxury shopping experience in line with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Build and nurture client relationships through expert product knowledge, styling advice and follow-up to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
  • Utilise mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert engagement into purchases.
  • Manage transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and maintain accurate cash-wrap procedures.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including inventory receipt and processing, replenishment, basic visual merchandising and stockroom organisation.
  • Support inventory cycles and asset protection procedures; ensure the sales floor remains visually compelling and fully stocked.
  • Adapt selling techniques to fluctuating business needs, maintain high energy on the floor and multitask across several customers simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with teammates, assist across functional areas as required and participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven familiarity with POS operations and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, mobile POS).
  • Comfortable using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
  • Social‑media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition is preferred.
