Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the on‑floor ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised client service consistent with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve personal and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute individual sales plans.
- Operate mobile POS and in‑store technology to process transactions, capture client data and support omnichannel fulfilment (returns, exchanges, online pickups).
- Use clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and livestreaming) to acquire data and convert prospects.
- Perform daily operational tasks including inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, cash‑wrap procedures and asset protection.
- Maintain a high level of energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers concurrently and adapt selling techniques to changing business needs.
- Support team performance by assisting colleagues across functional areas, participating in brand initiatives and training, and fostering a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using mobile POS and walkie‑talkie communications.
- Social media savvy with experience in social selling, short‑form video or live‑stream shopping preferred.
- Demonstrated clienteling and data acquisition skills; ability to develop personalised client plans.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak seasons.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capable of climbing, bending and manoeuvring in a retail environment.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury retail, clienteling, social and live‑stream sales is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
