Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Manage multiple customers on the sales floor, adapt selling techniques to business needs, and maintain high energy throughout shifts
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom in compliance with retail policies and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups)
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage team performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, mobile POS)
  • Ability to read price sheets, use walkie-talkies, and navigate retail operations
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom

Experience
