Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised luxury service aligned with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and team sales KPIs through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
  • Use Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream shopping) to capture customer data and close omnichannel transactions.
  • Execute daily operational tasks: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving, replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a high‑energy sales floor, manage multiple customers concurrently, and adapt selling techniques to shifting business priorities.
  • Uphold store standards for cleanliness, stockroom organisation and asset protection; participate in inventory cycles and loss‑prevention procedures.
  • Support teammates across functional areas and participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience operating POS systems (Mobile POS); basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre in sales floor and stockroom environments.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Social media savvy and experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
