Coach Sales Associate position in Las Rozas, Spain. Part-time retail role offering €19,500–€24,000 annually with luxury brand benefits and career development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach brand standards and style guidelines
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations based on customer needs
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business requirements
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom while adhering to retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as needed
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage collective performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced retail setting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail background preferred
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie operation, and ability to read price and release sheets
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail. A combination of relevant education and professional experience will be considered. Familiarity with omni-channel retail environments, social media engagement, and contemporary e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
