Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
  • Keep the sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked; follow retail policies and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in all interactions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
  • Demonstrable knowledge of current fashion trends and competitor offerings
  • Proficiency with POS systems, mobile POS platforms, and basic computer literacy (iPad, laptop, walkie-talkie)
  • Ability to read price sheets and release information
  • Experience with social media, live-stream shopping, or video product demonstrations
  • Familiarity with clienteling practices and customer data acquisition
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and peak seasons
