Coach Sales Associate (part-time) in Landquart, Switzerland — join the Coach team at Landquart Outlet delivering personalised omnichannel luxury service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised luxury service and adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise, follow-up and clienteling to encourage repeat purchases.
- Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans and meet individual KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and close omnichannel transactions.
- Manage floor activity: greet customers, handle multiple clients, demonstrate products and maintain high energy and professional demeanour.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, merchandising and stockroom organisation.
- Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) while following POS and asset protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles and participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; assist teammates across functional areas.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency with POS systems and mobile selling devices (iPad/laptop/Mobile POS); comfortable using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail seasons and public holidays.
- Social-media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition (preferred).
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 1+ years in retail or sales; prior luxury retail experience preferred. Demonstrated experience using POS and mobile selling tools; social selling or live-stream experience is advantageous.
Education
No specific degree required; a combination of relevant education and retail/sales experience will be considered.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Landquart, Grisons, Switzerland, with easy access to Zurich.
