Coach in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Sales Associate to deliver luxury retail service, omni-channel selling and clienteling in-store at My Kuala Lumpur KLCC.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases and loyalty.
  • Drive sales performance by executing cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and pursue personal sales plans and KPIs.
  • Sell across channels using mobile POS and clienteling tools; capture customer data via social selling, short-form video and other omni‑channel touchpoints.
  • Manage daily retail operations including cash wrap transactions, returns/exchanges, online order pickups, inventory receiving, replenishment and stockroom organization.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain a clean, well-stocked sales floor that reflects brand presentation guidelines.
  • Support inventory cycles, process shipments, and assist teammates across functional areas to ensure seamless store performance.
  • Promote a collaborative, trust-based team environment; participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile devices (e.g., iPad, mobile POS); basic computer literacy.
  • Demonstrated clienteling and social selling capability, including familiarity with short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and perform physical tasks required on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury retail experience is preferred. Demonstrable success meeting personal sales targets, executing clienteling strategies and using mobile POS/clienteling platforms is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant retail education and hands-on experience will be considered.
