Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently applying Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver personalised styling and product advice to build long‑term client relationships and drive loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
  • Utilise mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and stimulate repeat purchases.
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans and contribute to team KPIs.
  • Support day‑to‑day store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups), manage inventory reception and replenishment, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Maintain an organised, well‑stocked sales floor and stockroom while following POS, asset protection and other retail procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training, and foster a trust‑based team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop; Mobile POS).
  • Familiarity with clienteling techniques, social selling and data capture to support omni‑channel sales.
  • Strong English proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Experience

At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior exposure to luxury retail, omni‑channel selling and clienteling tools is preferred.
