Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product expertise.
  • Lead visual merchandising standards and ensure presentation aligns with brand directives and seasonal campaigns.
  • Support store operations including POS transactions, cash handling, inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Mentor and coach junior sales staff; model professional behaviour, grooming and service protocols.
  • Participate in in-store events, private client appointments and cross-selling initiatives with digital and CRM teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or premium fashion sales, with a demonstrable sales record.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships and execute effective clienteling strategies.
  • Comfortable working flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holiday periods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with polished presentation and professional grooming.
  • Right to work in the country of employment.

Experience
