Coach Sales Associate II in New York, NY — deliver elevated client service, drive sales and maintain luxury boutique standards.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-value and walk-in clients to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, outreach and CRM record-keeping.
  • Execute floor operations including visual merchandising, product presentation and upkeep of brand standards to maximise conversion.
  • Process transactions accurately using the POS, handle returns and exchanges, and ensure daily cash and sales reconciliation.
  • Support inventory management: receive stock, conduct cycle counts, replenish floor merchandise and assist with stock transfers.
  • Uphold loss-prevention procedures and ensure compliance with company policies, including safeguarding high-value items.
  • Contribute to in-store training and mentoring of less-experienced colleagues and participate in store meetings and sales initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales track record in a luxury or premium environment; demonstrable ability to meet sales KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong client-service orientation.
  • Ability to use CRM tools and point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently.
