Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-value and walk-in clients to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, outreach and CRM record-keeping.
- Execute floor operations including visual merchandising, product presentation and upkeep of brand standards to maximise conversion.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS, handle returns and exchanges, and ensure daily cash and sales reconciliation.
- Support inventory management: receive stock, conduct cycle counts, replenish floor merchandise and assist with stock transfers.
- Uphold loss-prevention procedures and ensure compliance with company policies, including safeguarding high-value items.
- Contribute to in-store training and mentoring of less-experienced colleagues and participate in store meetings and sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales track record in a luxury or premium environment; demonstrable ability to meet sales KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong client-service orientation.
- Ability to use CRM tools and point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently.
- High level of professional presentation and understanding of luxury product storytelling.
- Availability for flexible retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of direct retail sales experience in a luxury, premium or specialty retail environment; proven success meeting sales targets and developing client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in fashion, retail management or a related discipline preferred.
