Sales Associate position at Coach Houston (Memorial City) - $15–$19.50/hr, flexible schedule, luxury retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked while following retail and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
  • POS proficiency and basic computer competency (iPad, laptop, mobile POS)
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors
  • Ability to work at a fast pace, climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom environments

Experience

1+ years of sales experience in retail, preferably in a luxury environment. A combination of education and experience will be considered. Experience with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, and data acquisition is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent; further formal education or advanced retail certifications are advantageous but not required.
