Coach seeks a part‑time Sales Associate in Houston, TX (Memorial City) to deliver luxury client service, drive sales and support omni‑channel operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-streaming) to capture client data and convert engagement into sales.
- Process transactions and omni‑channel activity efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) while adhering to POS and asset-protection procedures.
- Execute daily store operations including receiving shipments, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and maintaining a clean, organised sales floor and stockroom.
- Adapt selling techniques to shifting traffic patterns, manage multiple customers concurrently and sustain high energy on the sales floor.
- Support teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training, and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency with point‑of‑sale systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop, mobile POS); experience with clienteling tools and social selling platforms preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak seasons.
- Physical ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre in a sales floor and stockroom environment.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with demonstrated ability to meet sales KPIs and use omni-channel clienteling and social selling techniques.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
