Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and maintaining elevated brand presentation
- Build and sustain client relationships through personalized styling consultation, product expertise, and fashion trend guidance
- Drive sales performance through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video content) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; consistently meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers through active floor engagement, relationship cultivation, and systematic follow-up to convert sales opportunities
- Maintain high-energy floor presence, manage multiple concurrent customer interactions, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business priorities
- Execute daily operational responsibilities including cash wrap processing, inventory management, merchandise replenishment, and visual merchandising standards
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization, cleanliness, and stock levels while adhering to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Process all transaction types efficiently—purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups—with accuracy and professionalism
- Support inventory cycles through shipment receipt, shelf stocking, stock rotation, and product movement tracking
- Collaborate across functional areas and support teammates to ensure seamless store operations
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment that encourages collective performance and brand advocacy
- Participate actively in brand initiatives, mandatory training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
- Receive feedback constructively, adapt behaviors responsively, and maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure retail environments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of professional sales experience; luxury retail background strongly preferred
- Demonstrable knowledge of current fashion trends, competitive landscape, and luxury brand positioning
- Proficiency with POS systems and core computer applications (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS systems); confident walkie-talkie operation
- Ability to interpret price sheets, release calendars, and promotional materials
- Strong English language proficiency
- Proven ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-volume retail environments
- Experience with social media channels, live-stream shopping, video content creation, and digital brand engagement (preferred)
- Clienteling experience and data acquisition methodology (preferred)
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ years of professional sales experience is required, with preference given to candidates with a background in luxury retail. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with fashion industry trends, competitive dynamics, and the luxury consumer landscape. Experience with clienteling platforms, social selling channels, and digital customer engagement tools is advantageous.
