Coach Seasonal Sales Associate (part‑time) in Hong Kong — retail role at New Town Plaza delivering luxury client experiences and omnichannel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service to deliver elevated, personalised client experiences.
  • Prospect, build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and tailored recommendations to drive repeat business.
  • Execute omnichannel selling: operate mobile POS for in‑store transactions, support online order pickup, and convert interest via social selling and short‑form video.
  • Meet or exceed individual and store KPIs by developing personal sales plans, cross‑selling and upselling relevant product assortments.
  • Perform daily operational duties including cash wrap, inventory receipt and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom maintenance.
  • Support inventory cycles, assist teammates across functional areas and follow POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
  • Maintain a high‑energy presence on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and sustain a calm, professional demeanour.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS (iPad/laptop); familiarity with inventory and price/release documentation.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Social media savvy, with experience or aptitude for short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos and clienteling for data acquisition (preferred).
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience
