Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a frontline ambassador, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service to deliver elevated, personalised client experiences.
- Prospect, cultivate and maintain client relationships through tailored styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store KPIs via cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
- Operate mobile POS and store systems to process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups efficiently.
- Leverage clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live-stream shopping) to capture customer data and stimulate omni-channel demand.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom organisation.
- Contribute to inventory cycles, asset-protection procedures and adherence to retail policies.
- Support colleagues across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
- Comfortable using Mobile POS systems, iPad/laptop devices and walkie‑talkies; ability to read price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social‑media savvy with experience in short‑form video or live‑stream demonstrations and clienteling preferred.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of frontline retail sales experience is required; prior exposure to luxury or premium fashion retail and omni‑channel selling is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or customer‑service training beneficial. A combination of formal education and relevant experience will be considered.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China.
