Coach Hong Kong is hiring a Sales Associate (part-time) at Hk Sogo Causeway Bay — front-line retail role focused on personalised service and omni-channel selling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying Coach style and service standards.
  • Deliver personalized styling and product advice to build lasting client relationships and drive loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short-form video) to capture client data and stimulate repeat purchases.
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans and contribute to team KPIs.
  • Source and follow up with new customers to convert prospects into sales.
  • Maintain high-energy floor coverage, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to fluctuating store needs.
  • Perform daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory receiving/processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Ensure sales floor and stockroom are organized and stocked; follow POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
  • Process transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online click‑and‑collect) and support inventory cycles.
  • Support teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative, performance-oriented environment.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and maintain a professional demeanour.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; prior luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to build client relationships and convert interactions into sales.
  • Familiarity with POS operation and basic retail IT (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
  • Comfortable using clienteling tools, social selling platforms and short-form video for commerce.
  • Strong English proficiency; additional languages are an asset depending on store location.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.

Experience
