Coach seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Halton Hills, Ontario. Join Coach (Tapestry) to deliver luxury retail service and drive omni-channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently applying Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver personalised styling and product advice to build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert sales.
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans and proactively source new customers; follow up to close sales.
  • Manage multiple customers on the sales floor while maintaining high energy and a professional demeanour.
  • Perform daily operational duties including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock merchandise and maintain accurate product movement between stockroom and floor.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and compliant sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, retail policies and asset protection procedures.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; assist teammates across functional areas as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS (iPad/laptop); basic computer proficiency.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks (climb, bend, kneel).
  • Social‑selling aptitude and familiarity with live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations preferred.
  • Comfort working in a fast‑paced, KPI-driven retail environment.

Experience

Minimum of one year of direct sales experience; prior luxury or premium retail experience is preferred and will be valued in candidate selection.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

This position is based in Halton Hills, Ontario, Canada, within easy reach of Toronto.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
